Binational Organizations of Mexican Migrants in the United States
Rivera-Salgado uses the framework of transnationalism to examine several cross-border organizations of Mexican migrants, including a binational project of indigenous migrants. He suggests that their experiences may serve other community and grass-roots organizations, given the organic integration being experienced by other social sectors and institutions in Mexico and the United States since the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
